Summary:
Stuart OnDemand is on a journey of providing a Superior Customer Experience every day. To aid us in accomplishing this goal, we’re seeking an organized customer service representative to help customers understand our products & services and answer questions about their order requests. You’ll be required to take orders, and provide Feedback to recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands. To do well in this role, the ideal candidate will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Record/Process shipment details within Stuart OnDemand’s order management system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide superior customer experience.
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding promptly to customer inquiries via Email or phone.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Document necessary records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer.
- Communicate and coordinate with Customer, Colleagues, and Shareholder Metrics as per Goals.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Contribute towards team goals by strictly managing individual productivity targets.
- Suggest process improvements/changes to achieve & ensure “First Contact Resolution.”
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Excellent Communication Skills
