Summary:
We are looking for an organized transportation coordinator to manage the shipment of items from various remote locations. You would be responsible for delivering customer satisfaction by overseeing operations while couriers are in the field. This would include reviewing customers’ requests for courier pickup for accuracy, assigning orders to couriers, and suggesting strategic improvements for future planning. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and is in constant communication with various role players in the shipping process.

Transportation Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments within Stuart OnDemand’s order management system.
- Make proactive adjustments to routes on an as needed basis due to inclement weather, capacity issues, or major traffic issues, etc.
- Monitor electronic manifests to perform complete track and tracing duties.
- Provide performance updates of couriers to customers to ensure that we are responding in real time to provide better service.
- Review driver logs.
Transportation Coordinator Requirements:
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Any prior experience as a dispatcher or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
